What Causes Burning Sensation In Throat After Eating Spicy Food?
hiya..i am 38 years old, when eva i eat spicy food or anything i feel a burning sensation down the throat chest and stomach i have been to the docters and they gave me tablets..i completely forgot what they where but they did work...i was wondering if u can tell me the name of those tablets..or any sort of medication i could take...
Hi, What you have is possibly heart burn or gastritis. I would advice: 1. Decrease spicy foods 2. Cut down fast foods 3. Small frequent feeds 4. Avoid lying down soon after a heavy meal. 5. If these still don,t work you may get any antacid medication (Eg Tab.Ranitidine 150mg)that can be taken half an hour before food, which will bring down the symptom. Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to write if you need further clarifications. Get well soon.
