What Causes Burning, Tingling Sensation With Pain Behind Eyes And In Ears?

I was in a car accident on the 18th. I was rear-ended by another driver. Initially I thought I was having whiplash related symptoms but primarily the pain I m having is in my head. I have a constant burning, tingling sensation with pain behind my eyes and in my ears. It s similar to the feeling you have when you are upside down and all the blood rushes to your head. I m having a CT scan on Friday. the only pain relief comes from taking pain medication like Hydrocodine and I m trying to return to work. What is the best natural way (if there is one) to relieve the pain. Also what can be causing the pain? I m also having disorientation, dizziness, and gag reflexes perodically.
