What Causes Cellulitis With Puss Filled Spots?
I have cellulitis - bug bite? I think mosquito or spider. Had a few raised red spots, No itching for weeks. Thought I slept on my arm wrong. Then getting out of shower noticed one had a puss-like pimple. Cleaned it with peroxide. It got worse. now the spot has grown. Seems to be spreading.

Hi.
As per your case history of cellulitis, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
