What Causes Change In Basal Body Temperature?
Hi!
I have been charting my basal temp, for about 10 months now; two months ago I started taking a topical estrogen/test. cream for local pain around my vagina. My question is, would this affect my charting numbers? I've always been normal, to the day, in my cycles, now my periods are late. But I still ovulate around the 14th day,that's still good. This month, unlike other months, my BBT is erratic after ovulation, goes up and down day to day, but I get up same time and nothing has changed in my bedroom to affect temps. Would you help me to understand what may be happening? Thank you!

Hail temperature irregularities are really physiological not to worry, it changes from person to person, time to time, age related, stress related , hormone related., during ovulation time.pls keep rr self hydrated and stressfree
