What Causes Chest Pain And Blood Pressure To Go Low?
My husband just had a spell of chest pain and shortness of breath. His blood pressure was markedly down (90 over 64) in the left arm. The right arm showed 108 over 72 and pulse was 100. I gave him nitro and aspirin. He's better now, but what would cause the blood pressure to go so low? He is 77 and heart problems have been ruled out.
