What Causes Chest Pain Having Mitral And Pulmonary Regurgitation?

Hi, My chest seems to hurt a little in the top centre. I have lupus, and I did an ultra sound on my heart, and the results said.: Grade 1 systolic function, physiological mitral and pulmonary regurgitation, enlarged eustachian valve in right atrium. I am on plaquenil. What might be causing my chest pain?
