What Causes Chest Pain In Mid Sternal Area With Hot Radiating Pain Across Chest?

i experienced chest pain in my mid sternal area with hot radiating pains across my chest. These pains were like in when you have an injection for a x-ray that you can feel filling up ypur veins(warm, hot and speads). These pain lasted approx 2 hours one day and returned the following day. I went to the ER and they ruled out an Acute MI.

Studied your query in full depth of its details.Reviewed it in context of your health concerns.
Based On the facts, You mostly seem to suffer from-
GERD WITH ACID REFLUX with under lying acute on chronic gastritis.
This is because the chest pain cant persist for 2 hours and if so would present with so many other factors with it.
Also Your doctors in ER, ruled out any Acute MI.
Causes of this hot/ burning pain in chest are related mostly with the causes of the gastritis you have,which is hidden and unattended by you for quite some time.
MOst common cause would be frequent street/ hotel food/ or alcoholic frequent intake for quite some time.
Second opinion by Physician or Surgeon would fix the cause in your case.
Stool occult / with ova cyst would fix many causes of this Acid Reflux with Gastritis.
OGD-oesophago gastro duodenoscopy would help in resolving this dilemma.
