What Causes Chest Pains, Dizziness And Blurred Vision ?

I've been having chest pains for a couple of years now. I'm always tired no matter how much sleep I get or caffeine I intake. My blood sugar drops suddenly on many occasions. I experience constant dizziness, my vision blurs quite frequently, and I get sick more often then I should. I also tend to have full body aches that feel as if they hurt all the way to my bones. I have so many symptoms to different things. So it makes harder for doctors to diagnose the problem.

Thank you for asking!
CHest pains and dizziness need to sort out a cardiac perfusion issues and once cleared then a neurologist and an otorhinolaryngologist opinion should be sought for associated blurred vision and a detailed work up with a complete clinical correlation would help. A psychiatric evaluation can also help as most symptoms are that origin too.
Take care
