Hello and welcome to HCM,
First I will address the problem of varicose veins in the leg.
Varicose veins are initially managed by compression by stockings and elevation.
In later stages when conservative measures are not effective, surgical measures are taken.
You have mentioned that you experience pain down your leg.
This could be due to one of the complications of varicose veins.
Infection of varicose veins can cause pain.
Thus, you need to consult your surgeon for clinical assessment and further management.
Secondly, your symptoms of chest pain, pain in the arm, difficulty in breathing suggest a
cardiovascular disease.
You need to consult your cardiologist to rule out
angina pectoris.
As you have mentioned that you went breathless while doing a treadmill test, it suggests that the blood supply to cardiac muscles is compromised.
Other investigations like
echocardiography and angiography may be required.
Whether there is associated
pulmonary embolism or not, this query can be answered by investigations.
A X-ray chest and an electrocardiogram will assess the status of pulmonary vasculature.
Thus,
consult a cardiologist for all your chest related symptoms.
