What Causes Chronic Neck & Shoulder Pain And Migraines?

Hi I had an mri and findings are focal central disc protrusion at c3/4 and c4/5 with minimal central canal narrowing. the c5/6 a left paracentral disc protrusion causing mild to moderate central canal narrowing. No significant neural foraminal stenosis present. My question is I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and frequent migraines. Could these problems be caused by these abnormal findings?
