What Causes Chronic Stomach Pain After Taking Food?

I am having chronic stomach pain after almost every meal. I get sweaty and this really uncomfortable pain. I have tried changing my diet, antacids, tylenol & ibuprofen, getting more exercise, etc. It is becoming a constant and making it hard to get through my day.
