Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The stomach pain and black color stools occur may be due to upper GI bleed. Other possibilities are iron tablets and bismuth-containing antacid consumption.

Please avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole for one week.

Consult your psychiatrist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
