Hi, my husband is feeling cold and having severe body ache. He has flatulence and discomfort in the stomach but no diarrhea. He feels slightly nausea. These symptoms started after lunch today and he has no appetite for dinner, he just had a spoonful of porridge. Please advise what's wrong with him.
