Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Blood clot can be one of the complications from injury especially in lower extremity. I would encourage you to go to local emergency room to get a doppler to rule out blood clot and promtly treatment can help prevent further nerve damage due to complications.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
