What Causes Consistent Heart Burn With Vomiting?
i have been puking since sunday i cant keep anything down on friday i had a coke when i puked sunday the coke was still in my stomach i didnt digest it i have horrible acid in my stomach and constint heartburn if i burb i get relif for about a second im sure im dehydrated do you think i have a ulcer?

As per my clinical knowledge, there is acute gastritis with or without Ulcer.
Primary care should be done with injection of proton pump inhibitor, followed by oral medications, dietary care.
Go for upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy later on as per the progress.
