OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

This condition of yours can be due to local fungal infection. I would suggest you to start a anti-fungal tablets itraconazole weekly for 4 weeks. Also, there can be secondary bacterial infection so also a course of doxycycline tablet will be required for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
