What Causes Constant Burping, Stomach Pain And Squeezing Feeling In Chest?

Its been 3 days this is happening. I am keeping a fast now (Ramadhan) but never had this symptoms in the past years that i had fasted.

I have been burping constantly. After 2-3 seconds i'll experience a sharp pain coming from above my stomach right thru my chest. It stops there and my chest feels like its being squeezed hard.

I believe its only wind, but it hurts alot so please help straighten my worries.

Thanks.
