For the last month I have had a constant persistent headache. It is dull and achy and rates a 6 out of 10 pain-wise. When I'm working out it starts to throb horribly only on the left side and it rates a 9 out of 10. I have taken Excedrin Migraine and it only relieves the pain for a couple hours. I have tried eliminating foods and beverages that may cause it but nothing has worked, in fact, I'd say it gets worse by the day. I just had a baby 3 months ago, and we also just moved from Seattle to Puerto Rico. I don't know if those two have anything to do with it but I'm starting to get very concerned.
The symptoms of constant headache in your case probably indicate primary headache like migraine. Since the headache is constant this requires examination and use of prophylactic drugs. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
