What Causes Constant Pain Behind The Left Ear?
Having constant headache centered behind left ear since September following a massive migraine complete with auras, odors, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound. The migraine also made my head feel hot to the touch. To me it felt my head was on fire. Recent MRI shows ischemia. What does this mean?

Though you have features suggestive of Migraine we can not ignore the MRI report- Ischaemia . But you did not mention where, which artery which region affected. You may require further follow up with Neurologist Dr for further evaluation and management. take care
