What Causes Constant Stomach Pain,gas And Bloating?

I have constant stomach pain, mainly gas and bloating. For the last year , I ve had terrible diarreah, and hemmoroids. When I go I also have white discharge and sometimes slight blood , I think from hemmoroids. I m frustrated,and worried, my doctor has diagnosed it as ibs, but I think it s more.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of constant stomach pain, gas and bloating for one year; had diarrhea, hemorrhoids, white discharge, Doctors diagnosed this to be IBS.
For one to be diagnosed as IBS, all the relevant investigations like that of blood, urine, stool, colonoscopy, CT scan should all be negative.
Stress and/or anxiety is the root caused added on by intolerance to certain foods and fluids.
Hence, get all the tests done and if normal, request your Doctor to treat you accordingly.
