What Causes Constipation With Swelling In Anal Muscles?
Hi there,
I was doing some tantric sex exercises contracting anal sphincter area about twelve years ago. Since then up until today, my anal sphincter muscles got strongly swollen so that everytime I go to the toilet to have my bowel emptied the swollen internal anal muscles comes out of the anus as I try to squeeze the faeces out very hard.
The problem is that most of the time for the last twelve years I have been forced to use my finger to help quicker get the faeces out of the bowels thus sometimes having to stay at the toilet for almost an hour until I get my bowels completely emptied.
The good thing is that I do not have any pains or bleedings.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me the right advice about successfully solving this inconvenience with the swollen anal muscles.
-Drink more water -Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber -Exercise more -Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee -Take senna, an herbal laxative -Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements -Use over-the-counter or prescription laxatives
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
