What Causes Continuous Bleeding After Abortion?

Hi I had an abortion 2 months ago, and did not return for followup appointment and have been bleeding for the 2 months, I am wondering if I go to my gynecologist office will she be able to know that I had an abortion if I go and tell them that I had a misscarriage

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion continuous bleeding since abortion mostly goes in favour of incomplete abortion.I suggest you to consult doctor and you might also need an ultrasound to checkgfir any retained products of conception causing continuous bleeding.If you give the past history then the doctor will be able to remember..If any retained products are present then a procedure called D&C might be needed to remove them.Nothing to worry.
