What Causes Continuous High Temperature?

My daughter is 17 years old. For the last 5 days she has been running a high temp, aching joints, headache, nausea, tired, weak, dizzy, neck pain, etc.....Many other symptoms. We took her to our Dr. twice this week and today they ran several tests on her. The only thing that was off was that she has a low WBC. It was 3.5 and it normally runs around 7+. They did xrays, urine test, fle test, and blood tests. Everything else was negative, but the WBC, platlets, and neutrophils were off. Her temperature has been running around 101-102.5. Can anyone help me with this?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Since fever is continously present for 5 days, a high probability of typhoid and dengue fever is there. In typhoid also the TLC becomes less. I would suggest you to do typhidot Igm for typhoid and NS 1 antigen test for dengue.
Give Paracetamol for fever and give adequate liquid diet to child.
I hope this has helped you.
If you have any more questions, i will be happy to help you.
Wishing your child good health.
