Hi,

Prolifen is for correction of ovulation by causing maturation of grafian follicles. Not the progesterone levels but ovulation is essential for conception.

I feel you need to get your ovulation study along with ovulation hormone estimation followed by specific advise by a gynecologist for positive results you want.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
