What Causes Delayed Periods Inspite Of Having Morning After Pill?

Hi, I took the morning after pill 15 hours after having unprotected sex on the 29th April. 5 days later I bled really heavy for 2 days but was not due to come on my period for another 2 weeks. I then went on the pill on monday 9th May. Its been 3 weeks since I took the morning after pill, so should I take a test? And am I likely to be pregnant?
