I feel like I have trapped wind in or around my diaphragm. It hurts more when I am am hungry, but then after I have eaten it is less painful but much more constant. I have tried all the usual medicines, like milk of magnesia etc. nothing is working and this has now lasted for nearly 10 days.
next choice of management is BACLOFEN tablet a smooth muscle relaxant this will relieve ur symptoms when ever diaphragm is irritated , it contracts so any lung pathology also can cause that (only considered if u have lung problems such as breathing difficuilty )
