What Causes Diaphragm To Hurt More When Hungry?
I feel like I have trapped wind in or around my diaphragm. It hurts more when I am am hungry, but then after I have eaten it is less painful but much more constant. I have tried all the usual medicines, like milk of magnesia etc. nothing is working and this has now lasted for nearly 10 days.

this will relieve ur symptoms
when ever diaphragm is irritated , it contracts
so any lung pathology also can cause that (only considered if u have lung problems such as breathing difficuilty )
