What Causes Diarrhea And Tender Stomach Before Periods?
Every month before my menstral cycle its like my whole bowel system empties out and then I get bad diarreha and my stomach is very tender and I go back on a bland diet. I get very anxious and very nervous... And sometime have crying episodes.... is this normal ?????
