What Causes Diarrhea, Appetite Loss, Headaches, Frequent Urination With Tiredness?
I have what I think is a water infection and a stomach bug at the same time. symptoms are: diorreha, feeling sick, very tired, no energy, loss of appetite, headaches, need to urinate often and when i go it is sometimes uncomfortable and passing little.
is this normal for the two to go alongside each other?
Well come to HCM Thank for asking I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to intestinal infection and it could be protozoa infection if i would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, now for the excessive urination or increased frequency of it, infection need to be rule out, beside this it could be due to hyperglycemia, or it could be nonspecific without any illness but is not due to the abdomen infection even not related to the symptoms of diarrhea, (Age and gender matters here hope this information helps.
