What Causes Diarrhea With Vomiting And Stomach Burning After Ingestion?

2 family members in my house had some left over chineese food yesterday at about 1pm, they nit picked and ate some beef or pork, the chinese food sat in refridgerator for 4 days maybe 3, at midnight one threw up for alot of time then had diareah, the other at 2am had just diareah is this food poisong or stomach flu? similair symptoms both had a burning sensation all the way through esophagus to stomach, both are cotton mouthed and fatigued
