If required barium studies and diagnostic laparoscopy can help a lot for the proper diagnosis and treatment. The possibilities are intestinal tumor as it is not picked by ultrasonography. Intermittent intestinal obstruction can mimic such a problem. You should see a General Surgeon when you are in actual symptoms for an easy diagnosis.
