I m 42 years old, I m 6 4 , 288#, and am not much of an exercise person. On Sunday, after a half week of taking care of my infant daughter (who has been fighting stomach virus and bad cold), I spent the afternoon shoveling snow off my long drive way in 10 degree or less cold. By that evening, I was fatigued, sore and slowly gained a very sour stomach/nausea. I ve had trouble sleeping and the aches and fatigue that I have feels like a flu - with no fever or diarrhea. Am I succumbing to this new flu strain, merely catching something my daughter had, or could it be (as my wife suggests) just my body reacting harshly to my increased activity in the cold. Any ideas on how to nip this in the bud?
