What Causes Dizziness And Abdominal Pain After Eating Hersheys Chocolates?
Hi Doctor, When i eat hersheys (The milky white chocolate) with an empty stomach , i feel after 10 minutes much pain in stomach and dizziness so that i cant concentrate and feel like falling on the ground. When i usually eat it after launch i dont feel anything and i usually eat lot of chocolate and milk products daily without having any issues , so is there something with this kind or what causes the problem when i eat it ,note that i made blood pressure tests and diabtic tests and all are fine.

The given symptoms that are happening after eating the chocolate could be sign of allergic condition and it could be associated with acid secretion.
If this is happening every time, if you feel dizziness, abdominal pain, then it could be only allergic condition and if this is happening without eating the chocolate then it could be something else. Then, cerebral pathology needs to be ruled out, it could be due to cardio-vascular illness.
You can discuss this with your doctor. If I would be doctor of this case, then I would advise to avoid eating chocolate and try to treat this case with tablet Rabeprazole once in day for three weeks.
