Hi,
Introduction about my self: i am 30 years old, Male. High: 184CM, weight: 74KG, no elargic to any medication, health over all normal and healthy no sickness at all, thanks god.

Situation: I have had a bad dizziness on last month 20 March, 2011, i had it very bad it started first time the whole room turning and spinning all over, i felt like the entire building is going to collapse luckily i set down and hold the bed then slowly the turning and spinning dizzy stop. After that i start walking unbalance a very bad headache it follow too, and when ever i turn my face on the left side i get the dizzy and also when i turn my self to right side or in any other movement to my body i get dizzy too, but the only position i can feel comfortable is when i lay down on the bed and sleep straight on my back.

I went to see a doctor immediately upon that time, the doctor made the ears sound testing, find out my ears are fine and i can hear perfectly, after that i done a blood test and everything appeared to be normal.
At that time Doctor said it might be just an infection inside your ears that cause the unbalancing to your body and will give you a medication for that to stop it and i become back to normal life situation.
Medication giving to me : betahistine mesylate Tab 6MG, i have to take 3 tablets a day.

I have take it since 20 March, 2011 for 10 days and then i felt better and i really become back to my normal life practicing everything i used to do as normal.
But that just last me for 3 weeks having normal life only, suddenly on the 22 April, 2011 the dizziness back to me again but without the turning and spinning part, it is just bad dizziness until i can not walk properly feeling unstable, and all the day dizzy comes and go comes and go, i straightaway start using the medication again scared to fall or anything bad can happen to me, i went to see the (Specialist Doctor ENT) on 25 April, 2011, i told him what happen exactly, he made some tests to my body reaction like standing setting positions moving my hands sleeping a side and stand fast all of them i PASS, then the Doctor decided to give me the same medication for Vertigo above mentioned and use it again for 1 week then i have to stop as he said need my body balance it self, but whenever i get dizzy again use the medicine again.

I am sick and tired of this situation, i really do not know what is going on with me, I'm i having really ears infection causing the unbalance and 24 hours dizziness??, i only can rest my self when i lay down on the bed, i feel i am sick of keep not doing any activity because of that.

The feelings i feel right now is: heavy dizzy on my back head and my left head side is the side that i feel dizzy always but sometime it is all of my head get dizzy, pressures on my front head with extreme headache and feeling my brain inside my head is shaking and unstable.

What can i do?
I am really seeking your help as i have done x-ray to my head and back side too, found out nothing and function normal, i have done blood tests of all kind needed to take, all good and normal.
what is going on with me?
I have lost 2 jobs because of this issue in just nearly 2 month since ever this thing happen to me.. (IT IS THE FIRST TIME HAPPEN TO ME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE).

Right now i am on the same medication giving to me, all i can feel now is i can control my self because i am taking this medicine but if i stop taking it i am afraid of getting this dizziness back again.

I am sorry for typing a long story but i seek your HELP in anyway you can....
