What Causes Dizziness And Pressure In The Neck ? How Are These Symptoms Treated ?
Hi, all day today I have been getting dizzy and feeling like im going to fall over every 5 mins. whether im sitting, standing, or laying down. what could it be? and i have been having pressure in my neck.

hi welcome to health care magic.see it may be due to low /high blood pressure so first you check your blood pressure.as you said you have neck pain so possibility of spondilitis.so you concern physician for that.

hi first you mention age such type of symptom appear eighter due to low Hb or cervical spondolysis you should do CBC n MRI cervical spine

You have not mentioned your age,if you are elderly then it may be due to,
Cervical spondilitis,
Auto sclerosis in the ears,
Hypertension and postural hypotension,
go for investigations and treatment accordingly.
