What Causes Dizziness And Vertigo When Suffering From Anklosing Spondylitis?
Hi I have several issues going on. First I am an anklosing spondylitis patient. I am 52 year old female. I have found that I have spurs on c1 and c2 also with narrowing of my vertebrate with nerve damage. I have found that I get dizzy at times like vertigo which I have had. I do have lots of pain in my neck. I have found that when I look down it gets worse not only the pain but so does the dizziness along with nausea.
Hi the spurs may be impinging nerve roots.Cervical traction maat be tried. Use of cervical collar and isometric neck exercises to be done under a trained physiotherapist. Anti inflammatory gel application and pregabelin tabs after obtaining prescription from a orthopedic surgeon Review by orthopaedic surgeon for complete evaluation and management Thanks
