What Causes Dizziness, Excessive Urination, Weakness And Loss Of Concentration?
My age is 28 years, male. I have dizziness, excessive urination, weakness, and loose of concentration. I checked my blood sugar levels. It was 107 at fasting, 174 after 1hr of consuming 75 g of glucose (OGT), 84 after 2 hrs, and 68 after 3 hrs of oral glucose test. Am I diabetic or hypoglycemic. Your answer will be highly appreciable. Thanks

As your test show hypoglycemia. it seems to be a reactive hypoglycemia.
A 2 hour Oral Glucose Tolerance Test is preferred and standard test to diagnose all forms of diabetes mellitus.
your quoted symptoms will be there in reactive hypoglycemia.
