What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Cramps With Brown Blood While Taking Fertility Injections?

i had been on injections to have a baby i stopped them about 2 months ago i dont know if what i am feeling has anything to do with my problems, but i am very dizzy even laying down (it is bad enough i am crying) also light headed a lot (about 3 weeks ago that started) and nausea, i am having my periods but this month started a little early and it ended about 4-5 days ago, but i am cramping really bad (not normal for me after my periods) and i when i go to the bathroom after i wipe i am having a lot of brownish blood on the tissue (also not normal that many days for me after my period). i am 30 years old and i have taken a test and it is neg. but the test will not show the real result due to all the fert. injections and medications. i have not gone to the doctor yet. any ideas. i am a migraine patient and have been since 13 nothing new in my life or new medications??
