What Causes Dull Lower Back Pain,bloating In Stomach And Blood In Urine?

hi i've been having dull lower to mid back pain, alot of bloating, my stomach has been upset, & my last gyn appt. i was told that i had blood in my urine(microscopic) thru office dipstick, but when sent out to lab culture is came back normal? i been really nervous & waiting to see a urologist that gyn reffered me to.

Hello dear
I understand your concern

Lower back pain, bloating and blood in urine could be due to the stone in the kidney and urinary tract, glomerulonephritis.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo USG scan to rule out the above cause.
Take tablet gas x and tablet unienzyme
Tablet ibuprufen
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple
Small stone can be excreted in urine by diuretics.
Other treatment will depend on the test result
