What Causes Elevated AST Level?

22 year old female
workout 3x/week
125 lbs 5'5 1/2"
rarely drink (4 drinks in 6months)
Elevated AST of 93 (normal I was told from the doctor is 14-36)
BP was 110/70 ..again low

I have been very tired lately and have had a migraine that is onset within the first hour of waking the past 4 days.
I have GERD and take omeprazole once daily, however havent taken it 4 days prior to my appointment due to packing it away after graduation from college.

Is this something to be worried about?
