HI I am 32 year Old.. In my Complete Health Pannel test done on 17/08/2011.. My ESR (Westergren) value is 78 mm/Hr (Nominal value 0-15 mm/Hr.. All other Reports are normal..
A specific cause cannot be determined based on ESR.Generally it is followed up with other tests to diagnose medical condition. High ESR indicates that person is having some infection in the body. ESR will come down with control of infection.
You also have mildly increased triglyceride level.You should avoid saturated fat like red meat,high fat milk products. You should also increase your physical activity in the form of exercise,walking.
