What Causes Episodes Of Jumping From Sleep?
Hello ..im 5 5 177lb ...very active ...health nut .. im jumping up from my sleep ..dont know exactly whats happening but im waking up right after the jump ...heart skips , heart rate goes down ? ill take a baby aspirin right after then going back to sleep ...only happening when im sleeping ...or im just not noticing it during the day ? what sould i do ...?
