What Causes Expanding Dent In Forehead In Thyroid Cancer Patient?

I am a hairdresser and I have a client who after thyroid cancer surgery noticed a dent in her forehead it is over the left eye about 1 inch above the eyebrow. It is getting deeper and wider with the progression of time. Any ideas what it may be? Cat scan and x rays are normal..

hi..it depends on type of cancer.. if it was a follicular cancer..then chances of bone metastasis is more..but it wont be a depresssion...rather she would have developed pulsatile swelling.. consult an oncologist first for a bone scan if in doubt...
