What Causes Fast Heartbeat, Empty Feeling In The Stomach And Dizziness
I have a very fast heart beat, empty feeling in my stomach, tiredness, sometimes dizziness when I stand, I am 15 with a poor diet and lack of excercise but I was wondering what this was, I am currently in a hot countryso though it might have something to do with the heat but not sure

Hi,
In your age it is quite common especially when a person don't drink enough liquids and has poor diet as you.
I would advise you try to stand up not sharply, drink much liquids, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Also I would advise you to check blood Hb (Hemoglobin)
