General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

After evaluation of your question, kindly find my answer below.
* On and off upper abdomen discomfort can be co-related with a stress-induced ulcer or else, but the fatigue for a period of 6 months is somewhat alarming.
* There can be B12 or folate deficiency through absorption issues of intestines giving secondary anaemia or else.
* Kindly approach to your consultant at earliest for best evaluation and further management approach in a scientific manner.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
