What Causes Feeling Of Bugs Crawling In Body And Nausea?

I had a question concerning some strange symptoms. The most obvious, and unrelenting, is the continual feeling that I have bugs crawling on my body but do not (and cannot!) see anything. My wife, who sleeps beside me in the same bed, doesn't notice. However, this is somethiing that continues wherever I am at (ie car). I now have nausea and weakness. I have read where many with my symptoms have been diagnosed (falsely) with Scabies or something related. I have also read where many with my symptoms have either 'bird mites' or 'liver disease'. I would appreciate any help.
