What Causes Feeling Of Heartbeat In Stomach And Back Pain?

I woke up in the noght last night with a feeling of heartbeat in my stomach. I also have been having severe back pain. I have had an X-ray, CT scan, Ultrasound, and they are finding nothing, but it is getting worse, basically my doc has no other plan of action. I almost went to the ER last night

I had gone through the history given here, what the symptoms you have stated here are not indicative of any disease it is the kind of nonspecific symptoms.
Psychological condition could be the reason, like anxiety, depression, stress. Age and gender related and you have not given any information about that else something better could have been discussed.
Try to come out of the stress, try control your thoughts, be positive and practical, exercise is the best to come out of the stress.
