Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
From your narration it appears that it is pain at injection site . Injection Naturogest is oil based yhing and hence can lead to pain at the site. I will suggest you take Tab CALPOL 650 mg as required. Cold compress is also advisable. If there is pain or redness which is increasing then please see your concerned doctor.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
