What Causes Fleshy Lumps Discharge From The Vagina?

I had a period a couple of months ago and a fleshy lump was discharged, for the last 2 months I ve missed my period. I m on the pill and have taken a pregnancy test but it says I m not pregnant. I m worried not as to what it could be. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

I presume you did not get the discharge to examine by a specialist or had a histopathological exam. So, it cannot be known if you had a chemical pregnancy. The absence of subsequent periods, though often seen with hormone contraception, needs further evaluation in the current scenario.

I would suggest a clinical evaluation by a specialist followed by a transvaginal sonogram and plan further management. Please maintain a healthy diet and a healthy weight. Maintain proper genital hygiene to avoid infections.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
 Dr. Shanti Vennam
