my mom is a diabetes patient and she has high blood sugar she is taking insulin (human mixtard morning 8u ,human actrapid 6u and then again mixtard at night 6u ) but now days her sugar is fluctuating tremendeously like when she inject actrapid her sugar level comes to 40 and after eating 2 glucose biscuits her sugar level reached to 400 so what should be done?
Dear user, hi! probably i can help you better if i know all 4 sugars ie fasting, before lunch, before dinner and bed time. but as of now you can reduce actrapid to 4 units and see how her sugars behave. then you can post me the details. regards!
