What Causes Fluids In Sclera & Conjunctiva?
Hello, I think I have a fluid pocket between my sclera and conjunctiva (basically it looks like I have pink eye and the outer layer of the white of my eye looks like it has pulled away from the eyeball and has fluid underneath it. The colored part of my eye is not affected. Is this serious or just pink eye? (ie should I get to the ER now or wait until the morning). Thank you!

It seems from the history that you are having congestion and chemosis of eyes. This is usually seen in infections and inflammation of the eyes like conjunctivitis, commonly called as pink eye.
The treatment of the condition is by use of antibiotic eye drops and antiinflammatory drugs.
Ad of now you can start these drugs and you can consult your ophthalmologist at the earliest for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
